Shipping policy

Every parcel from us is more than just a package. It is a love letter, carefully wrapped and sent to meet you wherever you are in the world. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how your selection makes their journey from our hands to yours.

Processing Times

Our team prepares each order with care, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Standard processing takes 3–5 business days, provided your chosen pieces are available and not on pre-order.

  • During the holiday season or promotional periods, please allow up to 12 business days for dispatch.

  • Every piece is sent with the intention that it arrives beautifully and safely, but please know high volumes or courier delays may gently extend delivery times.

Holiday Period Cut-Offs

To make sure your pieces arrive in time for the festive season, we recommend placing your order early.

  • Express Delivery: Orders must be placed by 12pm, Friday 15 December.

United Kingdom Deliveries

All orders for England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland are shipped locally from London, UK.

  • Express Shipping (3–4 business days): £30 for orders under £1200.

  • Complimentary Express Shipping for orders over £1200.

  • Duties & Taxes? Don’t worry, we cover them all. No surprises, no hidden costs. Only joy at your doorstep.

  • Some deliveries require a signature upon arrival, a small moment of ceremony to mark your piece’s arrival.

International Deliveries

For our girlfriends around the globe, orders are shipped via DHL Express or UPS, depending on your destination.

  • Delivery times vary by country, though we always choose the swiftest and most reliable path.

  • Some destinations may apply local duties or taxes, while we do our best to keep these low, please check your local guidelines.

Pre-Orders

Some love stories take time to unfold. Pre-ordered items are specially made and will ship once they are ready.

  • Each pre-order piece has its own delivery date noted on the product page.

  • Pre-orders are not eligible for express or rush shipping.

  • If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, everything will be sent together when your pre-order is ready.

  • Processing begins from the advertised release date (or the next business day if that falls on a weekend or holiday).

A Note on Lost or Delayed Parcels

Though rare, if you feel your package has taken a detour, we kindly ask that you first open a claim with the courier service. Once you have a claim number, our customer care team will step in and help ensure your order finds its way home to you.
